100% Cricket Future Leaders Programme
The Future Leaders Programme is a mentorship programme for future female leaders in the sport and forms part of the ICC’s long-term commitment to accelerate the growth of women’s cricket and women in the game. The Programme’s aim is to address the low percentage of women in leadership positions in global cricket and to promote and support emerging female talent in the cricket landscape from coaching, officiating, administration, and broadcast, to marketing, digital and technology, journalism, and events.
100% Cricket Superstars
100% Cricket Superstars celebrates the best talent in the women’s game under the age of 28. These athletes, selected with input from the ICC Women’s Cricket Committee, are a celebration of the game’s brightest up-and-coming stars, and this series tells their stories.
100% Cricket Women's Health
With the health and welfare of female cricketers a priority, the ICC has rolled out various initiatives around women’s health under the 100% Cricket movement to educate players and staff, build awareness, and normalise conversations in sporting environments.
100% Cricket Podcast
The 100% Cricket Podcast aims to get cricket fans closer to the stars of the women’s game through in-depth interviews that delve into the heart of what drives them, how they became who they are, the challenges they have encountered on their journeys and the lessons they provided as well as what their plans for the future. The podcast is a celebration of the biggest stars in women’s cricket and offers fans access that would otherwise be impossible to achieve.
100% Cricket Webinar series
As part of the 100% Cricket Year of Women’s Cricket, the ICC hosted the 100% Cricket Leading the Games series, a weekly webinar series spanning 6 weeks dedicated to women’s cricket. For each webinar, the ICC invited experts from around the world to share their knowledge, challenges and passion for the women’s game, covering topics such as strategy, high performance, grass-roots development and fan engagement. The aim of the webinar series is to upskill, connect and empower the global cricket family to support the growth of the women’s cricket and engage more women and girls in the sport.
